How do I sign up for OZE?
Click the “Get Started” button on the homepage, choose a plan, and create your OZE account in less than 1 minute.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Sign In page and click “Forgot Password.” You will receive an email with reset instructions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Navigate to “Account Settings,” select “Manage Plan,” then choose “Cancel Subscription.”
Why is my video not loading?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue continues, clear your browser cache or restart the app.
What devices support OZE?
OZE works on smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and streaming boxes (Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku).
How do I change my plan?
Go to your profile → Account → Manage Plan → Select Basic, Standard, or Premium.
