1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OZE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Preferences, and all additional guidelines or rules posted within the platform.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use OZE, or meet the age requirements in your country. Parents or guardians are responsible for children who use OZE Kids features.

3. Subscription & Billing

OZE offers Basic, Standard, and Premium plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds may be available according to regional consumer laws.

4. Content & Licensing

All movies, series, artwork, OZE Originals, logos, AI holograms, and interactive features on OZE are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or publicly screen content without written permission.

5. Streaming Restrictions

• No downloading outside of official offline mode (Premium).
• No sharing accounts outside your household.
• No screen recording or re-uploading content.
• No bypassing geographic or security restrictions.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in illegal streaming, attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or any actions that could disrupt the OZE network.

7. AI and Hologram Features

OZE uses advanced AI systems including:
• Lioness AI • Hologram Vision • Parental Guardian AI • Vibranium Quantum Engine By using OZE, you agree to allow non-invasive analytics to improve your experience.

8. Termination

OZE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

9. Modifications

OZE may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes.
